Boarding Information

Elk Haven Equestrian Center is open for a limited number of boarders. All boarded horses must have a current Coggins and follow a standard worming program. Full use of the facilities is included with monthly and weekly boarding. Turn out is emphasized for the health and well being of the horses.

Fees for overnight stays (Restrooms and hot showers are included, there are no fires allowed except by special permission-forest fire hazard.)

Schooling

Elk Haven Equestrian Center is generally open for schooling of its cross-country courses, trails, stadium jumps and dressage rings. If you wish to school, you must make arrangements prior to schooling in order to assure availability. The facility is closed from time to time for events, weather, maintenance, harvesting, irrigating and personal reasons. We are a private working farm and the owner/managers both have regular jobs. Riders must wear proper safety gear and wear appropriate attire. All fees and liability forms most all be in order before riding. Make sure you are aware of all the rules. (When jumping, must be accompanied by companion/trainer.)
